Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to drive sales of cybersecurity products and services through phone, email, and virtual meetings. Ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of sales experience who want to grow in the cybersecurity industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls/emails to generate and qualify leads
• Understand prospect needs and pitch cybersecurity solutions
• Book qualified meetings/demos for senior sales team
• Conduct short discovery calls and basic product presentations
• Follow up on leads and nurture them through the funnel
• Update all activities and pipeline in CRM daily
• Achieve monthly targets for calls, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
• Number of outbound contacts and leads generated
• Meetings/demo appointments booked
• Quality & quantity of opportunities passed to senior sales
• CRM data accuracy and timely updates
• Individual sales target achievement
Required Skills
• 1–2 years in sales (inside sales/telesales/B2B preferred)
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Basic IT/cybersecurity interest and quick learning ability
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable with rejection
• Good with CRM tools and MS Office

Graduate in any stream (IT, Business, Marketing preferred)
