We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive to support our global sales operations. The role involves lead generation, customer coordination, order processing, and supporting the field sales team to achieve revenue targets across domestic and international markets.
Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries from domestic and international customers.
Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online platforms.
Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and close sales orders.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams for order execution.
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
Support channel partners, distributors, and key accounts.
Assist field sales team with pricing, documentation, and customer follow-ups.
Track sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
1–4 years of experience in inside sales (industrial / manufacturing preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in B2B sales and customer handling.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work with global clients and different time zones.
Experience in tools, machinery, or industrial products.
Exposure to Industrial Sales.
Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
