Key Responsibilities

• Handle sales activities for medical device or pharma products.

• Generate new sales leads through online channels, digital platforms, databases, social media, and other sources.

• Contact prospective customers, understand their requirements, and present suitable products/solutions.

• Prepare quotations, follow up with leads, negotiate, and effectively close sales deals.

• Maintain regular follow-up with existing and potential customers to achieve sales targets.

• Maintain lead/customer records and regularly update sales pipeline and follow-up status.

• Prepare sales reports and achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
  

Required Skills

• Graduate with 2–4 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in Medical Devices, Pharma, Healthcare, or a related trading company.

• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good lead generation, negotiation, follow-up, and sales closing skills.

• Comfortable using online platforms, CRM, MS Office, email, and digital communication tools.

• Target-oriented, confident, proactive, and capable of working independently.
