Agranika Techlabs LLP is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our growing AV (Audio Visual) Solutions team.
Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and online research.
Contact prospective customers and identify business opportunities.
Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for the sales team.
Follow up with existing and potential customers.
Maintain customer records and sales pipeline in CRM.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and coordinate with the technical team.
Achieve monthly lead generation and appointment targets.
Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
Desired Candidate Profile
2–4 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, Lead Generation, or B2B Sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in IT, Audio Visual (AV), Unified Communication, Video Conferencing, Networking, or related technology products will be preferred.
Comfortable with cold calling and customer follow-ups.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
MBA (Marketing) is an added advantage.
