Summary
The Inside Sales/ Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for driving new business by managing the sales pipeline from lead generation to initial client engagement, focusing on proactive customer relationship building, effective communication, and collaborative teamwork to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Database Management: Proactively follow up on offer lists, collect and update customer data daily, and manage the sales funnel.
Client Engagement & Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and setting up meetings/demos.
Sales Pipeline Management: Coordinate with the sales team, track leads, update meeting statuses, and prioritize opportunities for conversion.
Customer Relationship Building: Listen actively to customer needs, address challenges, qualify leads, and follow up to ensure a smooth transition of high-tech (HG) cases.
Administrative & Reporting: Complete tasks timely, prepare necessary documents (like AI SOE PT), and track emails/updates related to high-tech cases.
Required Skills & Knowledge
Sales Acumen: Understanding of the complete sales pipeline, B2B/B2C sales cycles, and qualifying leads.
Communication: Excellent professional email, business writing, and confident communication/pitching skills.
Technical Tools: Proficiency in using WhatsApp for communication and basic data collection/management.
Prioritization & Time Management: Strong task management skills to complete duties on time and effectively prioritize leads.
