Role Overview
An Inside Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing customer communication, processing orders, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth sales operations. Key Responsibilities
Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts
Process sales orders and ensure timely execution
Coordinate with logistics, finance, and operations for order fulfilment
Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems
Follow up with clients on inquiries, payments, and delivery schedules
Track sales targets and prepare performance reports
Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutions
