Inside sales Executive

Location: Panipat – Shiv Nagar
Experience: Minimum 1 year (Inside Sales)
Industry Preference: Banking & Insurance

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to expand our presence in the Panipat (Shiv Nagar) market. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in inside sales within the banking or insurance sector and a strong ability to build and manage client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities through inside sales activities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

• Promote banking and insurance products to prospective customers and achieve assigned sales targets.

• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and competitive trends.

• Plan and execute customer calls, product presentations, and negotiations.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales, preferably in banking or insurance.

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA or relevant professional qualification is an advantage).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

• Good knowledge of local market (Panipat – Shiv Nagar).

• Ability to work in an office-based/inside sales setup and coordinate with customers over calls, WhatsApp, and email.
