Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Bikaner. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of inside sales experience, preferably within the banking and insurance industry, and a strong ability to generate leads, convert prospects, and build long-term customer relationships through phone-based and digital interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through outbound and inbound calls, emails, and digital platforms.

• Promote and sell banking and insurance products to prospective and existing customers.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial products and solutions.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in CRM systems.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.

• Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally.

• Coordinate with field sales, operations, and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

• Stay updated on product features, regulatory guidelines, and market trends in banking and insurance.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or telemarketing.

• Strong knowledge of banking and insurance products (loans, accounts, policies, investments, etc.).

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Hindi; working knowledge of English is an advantage.

• Customer-focused attitude with strong persuasion and closing abilities.

• Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.

Educational Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, Management, or Finance preferred).

• Relevant certifications in banking, insurance, or sales will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1 year of inside sales experience in the banking or insurance sector.

• Experience in selling financial products over the phone.

• Local market knowledge of Bikaner and nearby regions is a plus.
