Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for energetic, confident, and target-oriented Inside Sales Executives to join our growing sales team across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate should have clear and professional communication skills in both Hindi and English, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage with customers over calls and convert leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.

Generate and follow up on leads through telephone calls.

Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.

Convert qualified leads into sales and achieve assigned monthly targets.

Build positive relationships with customers and ensure a good customer experience.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth execution.

Provide regular updates on sales performance and lead status.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Undergraduate / Graduate.

Age: Below 25 years.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Excellent and clear speaking skills in Hindi and English.

Good interpersonal and convincing abilities.

Confident while communicating with customers over the phone.

Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.

Target-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow.

Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
