Role Overview
We are looking for an Inbound Sales Specialist who will be the first point of contact for inbound client inquiries. The ideal candidate should be articulate, quick to respond, customer-focused, and capable of converting leads into long-term business relationships.
Candidates with experience in corporate gifting, event management, or premium lifestyle brands are well-suited for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound inquiries from corporate clients via email, calls, and WhatsApp
Understand client requirements (budget, occasion, quantity, customization)
Recommend suitable gifting solutions
Share proposals, pricing, and presentations as per brand guidelines
Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams
Ensure timely execution and client satisfaction
Follow up with leads and maintain CRM/trackers
Maintain premium communication standards
Manage end-to-end sales cycle (inquiry to closure and post-sale)
Build long-term client relationships and repeat business
Provide insights to improve sales strategies

Excellent verbal and written English communication
Strong convincing and escalation handling skills
Experience handling inbound B2B leads independently
Consultative selling approach
Fast response time and proactive engagement
Strong coordination and attention to detail
CRM discipline and data accuracy
Professional attitude and problem-solving mindset
1.5–6 years of relevant experience in B2B sales/corporate gifting/event management
Good to Have
Creativity in gift curation and packaging
Upselling/cross-selling experience
Familiarity with CRM tools and Excel/Google Sheets
