Position: Immigration Consultant

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel clients regarding immigration and visa services.

Understand clients' profiles and recommend suitable immigration programs.

Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.

Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely follow-ups.

Achieve monthly sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Coordinate with the documentation team to ensure a smooth application process.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in immigration sales or visa consultation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong sales and negotiation abilities.

Target-oriented with a positive attitude.

Basic computer knowledge and CRM experience is an advantage.
