Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand clients’ immigration needs, eligibility, and goals to provide accurate information and guidance.
Act as the primary point of contact throughout the entire immigration process.
Coordinate with documentation, legal, and processing teams to ensure timely and error-free service.
Handle client inquiries, concerns, and escalations with professionalism and efficiency.
Follow up on leads, schedule consultations, and support sales teams in converting prospects into clients.
Ensure all client documentation and updates are recorded accurately in the CRM system.
Provide regular updates to clients regarding application status, timelines, and requirements.
Maintain a high level of knowledge about immigration programs, processes, and policy changes.
Develop trust and demonstrate high service standards to create repeat business and referrals.
