Key Responsibilities (Bar)
Operations: Direct daily bar activities, ensuring efficient service, proper drink preparation, and attractive displays.
Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise bar staff, setting performance expectations and handling discipline.
Inventory & Finance: Manage stock control (ordering, receiving, minimizing waste), cash handling, and monitor sales.
Customer Service: Ensure excellent service, handle complaints, and maintain a safe environment, addressing issues like overconsumption.
Compliance: Enforce liquor laws, health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities (Lodging)
Guest Experience: Oversee all guest areas (rooms, public spaces) for cleanliness, decor, and policy adherence.
Facility Management: Coordinate front desk, maintenance, and supplies, ensuring smooth overall operations.
Business Management: Plan budgets, control expenditures, analyze sales, and work on marketing/revenue strategies.
Staff Oversight: Supervise all lodging staff, ensuring they meet service standards.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Knowledge of hospitality operations, financial management, and marketing.
Experience in hotel management, food & beverage, and relevant software.
Understanding of local liquor laws and health/safety regulations.
