Job Title: Vacation Manager (Sales)

Location: Vipul Square, Gurgaon (Gurugram)

Experience: 3–5 Years

Age Preference: 30+ years preferred

Working Days:

• Monday to Friday – Work from Office

• Saturday – Work from Home (if required)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Vacation Manager (Sales) to manage inbound vacation enquiries and convert them into confirmed villa bookings. The role involves understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable vacation properties, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a seamless booking experience.

The selected candidate will initially shadow the existing Vacation Manager to understand the business, villas, sales process, and customer journey. The candidate will also travel initially to visit and understand the villa portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and vacation enquiries.

• Convert enquiries into confirmed villa bookings.

• Recommend suitable villas based on customer preferences.

• Coordinate with local operations teams for booking execution.

• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers.

• Achieve booking and revenue targets.

• Build strong customer relationships to enhance guest experience.

• Gain in-depth knowledge of the villa portfolio through initial property visits.

• Work closely with the sales and operations teams.

Required Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in Sales.

• Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, vacation rentals, luxury villas, or holiday packages preferred.

• Candidates selling villas, holiday homes, travel packages, or similar services will be preferred.

• Experience handling inbound leads and converting them into sales.

• Freshers are not eligible.
