We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team and drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. This position is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to maximize occupancy rates, average daily rates, and overall hotel profitability across all revenue-generating outlets, including guest rooms, meetings and events, and food and beverage services
Sales Strategy & Revenue Generation
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed budget revenue goals and KPI targets
Identify new markets, sales opportunities, and potential business prospects through market research and analysis
Maximize occupancy rates, average daily rates (ADR), and revenue per available room (RevPAR) through dynamic pricing strategies
Monitor competitor rates and market trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and retail customers
Manage and develop current client accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities
Conduct site inspections and familiarization trips in conjunction with the hotel team
Handle client inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction to drive repeat business
Training Period
10-day onboarding and training period at established salary
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management
1–5 years’ hotel or hospitality sales experience with proven revenue growth
Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
Working Conditions
Full-time, flexible schedule including some evenings, weekends, and travel
Office environment with client visits and occasional light lifting
