Salary Range:- ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month
(Salary will depend on experience, communication skills, and interview performance.)
Candidate requirements:-
Experience:- 0–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, or Inside Sales
Job Type:- Full-Time (On-site)
Working Days:- Monday to Saturday
Working Hours:- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Candidate Qualifaction:- Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any stream or MBA / Sales or Marketing background will be an added advantage
Work Location:- New Delhi,South Extension (Head Office)

Position Overview
The Telecaller will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, coordinating with the sales team, and maintaining accurate customer records. The role requires strong communication skills and a professional approach while interacting with clients.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Explain company products and services clearly to clients
• Generate leads and share them with the sales team
• Follow up with customers as per company guidelines
• Maintain call records and customer data accurately
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth communication
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Core Competencies
• Good communication skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage)
• Polite, confident, and professional phone etiquette
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM is a plus)
• Ability to handle pressure and meet calling targets
• Willingness to learn and grow within the organization
