JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Growth Executive – Solutions Sales to drive business growth and revenue generation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys researching new markets, building relationships, pitching technology solutions, and managing the complete sales cycle from identifying prospects to closing deals. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, self-starter, and execution-focused professional who can generate opportunities through outbound sales, referrals, partnerships, and networking.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Research target industries and identify high-potential companies and decision-makers. Generate qualified leads through outbound outreach, referrals, partnerships, and networking.

Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients.

Understand client requirements and present tailored technology solutions.

Manage the complete sales lifecycle lead generation, proposal discussions, coordination with the technical team, negotiation, and deal closure.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project discussions and client onboarding.

Track sales activities, maintain CRM records, and report pipeline performance and revenue metrics.

Continuously explore new business opportunities and market trends.

Prior experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, IT Services, or Technology Solutions Sales is preferred.

Experience handling revenue targets and client-facing discussions is an advantage.

Basic understanding of software development services and technology solutions is a plus.
