General Manager

Job Description:( General Manager )

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee the overall operations of our resort. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, leading and motivating the team, maintaining high guest satisfaction, and achieving business and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the resort.

Lead, supervise, and motivate all department heads and staff.

Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns promptly.

Monitor housekeeping, front office, food & beverage, maintenance, and other operational departments.

Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower planning.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality.

Monitor budgets, control operational costs, and maximize revenue.

Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and safety regulations.

Coordinate with vendors and manage inventory and procurement.

Prepare operational reports and present performance updates to management.

Implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and overall resort performance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in resort or hotel operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Good knowledge of resort operations, customer service, budgeting, and staff management.

Proficiency in MS Office and hotel/resort management software is preferred.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: 40,000 to 60,000/-
