Freight Forwarder - Marketing

We are looking for a Freight Forwarder - Marketing to join our team at Csa Marine Global Private Limited. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

• Job Summary:

  We are seeking a dynamic and strategic International Sales & Marketing Executive with an MBA in Marketing and International Sales to drive global business growth in the logistics industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying international markets, developing marketing strategies, acquiring new clients, and expanding the company’s global footprint across freight forwarding, transportation, warehousing, and supply chain services.

  Key Responsibilities:

  ·       Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.

  ·       Build strong relationships with overseas clients, freight agents, and channel partners.

  ·       Manage end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation, proposal development, negotiations, to contract closure.

  ·       Attend global trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company’s logistics solutions.

  ·       Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for international market penetration and brand visibility.

  ·       Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation to refine positioning and value proposition.

  ·       Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns, digital content, and promotional materials.

  ·       Manage key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up.

  ·       Develop customized logistics solutions for clients based on specific international trade requirements.

  ·       Coordinate with operations and pricing teams to ensure timely delivery and competitive offers.

  ·       Track sales performance metrics, prepare forecasts, and provide regular sales reports to management.

  ·       Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and ROI of marketing campaigns to optimize future strategies.

  ·       Ensure all sales activities comply with international trade regulations and company policies.

  ·       Maintain records of customer interactions, contracts, and pipeline using CRM tools.

  Skills:

  ·       Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  ·       Proficient in MS Office and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).

  ·       Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach.

  ·       Ability to work independently and travel internationally when required.

  ·       Knowledge of digital marketing tools is a plus.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 6 years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Familiarity with global trade, Incoterms, and cross-border logistics operations. Proficiency in Cold Calling,Lead Generation,Convincing Skills,Computer Knowledge is an added advantage.
