Key Responsibilities:
Appoint, manage, and expand distributor and retailer network in the assigned territory
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective distribution sales
Ensure product availability and visibility across all mapped outlets
Conduct regular market visits, beat planning, and outlet coverage
Drive secondary sales through distributors
Monitor distributor performance, stock levels, and outstanding payments
Collect market intelligence on competition, pricing, and schemes
Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Franchise Sales & Distribution (FMCG/F&B preferred)
Strong knowledge of local Ludhiana market and distributor network
Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Target-driven and field-oriented approach
Comfortable with extensive market travel
