We are seeking a results-oriented Franchise Development Manager – with 2–3 years of proven experience in the bakery/F&B industry. You will lead franchise acquisition, drive business growth, and strengthen customer engagement through strategic franchise partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify, target, and acquire potential franchise partners
· Conduct market research to explore growth opportunities and competitors
· Pitch and present franchise concepts to prospective investors
· Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners
· Prepare franchise proposals, business plans, and agreements
· Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to support franchise on boarding
· Monitor franchise performance and assist partners in achieving targets
· Achieve franchise sales goals and report progress to senior management
· Travel for field visits, client meetings, and brand representation
