Job Summary: You will be part of the franchise expansion team at Laundrywala, playing a key role in identifying, engaging, and onboarding qualified franchise partners. This role is focused on driving franchise growth by managing lead generation, investor conversations, qualification, follow-ups, and conversion. You will be responsible for expanding the brand network across target cities while ensuring the right fitment of partners aligned with business goals and brand standards. This position requires a strong blend of sales capability, relationship management, and business understanding to support Laundrywala’s expansion journey. Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct discovery calls and initial discussions with potential franchise partners
● Present Laundrywala’s franchise opportunity through clear and compelling conversations and meetings
● Understand investor requirements, budget, location preference, and business potential to assess fitment
● Guide prospects through the franchise discussion, documentation, and onboarding process
● Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, lead status, and follow-up schedule in CRM or internal systems
● Build strong relationships with prospective franchisees and internal stakeholders
● Coordinate meetings, business discussions, and expansion-related communication with the concerned teams
● Support new franchise partners during the onboarding and initial setup stages
● Analyze market opportunities and contribute insights for franchise expansion strategies Qualifications and Skills:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
● 2–5 years of experience in sales, franchise sales, business development, telecalling, or B2B sales
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi
● Proven ability to handle lead conversion, follow-ups, and relationship management
● Confidence in investor-facing conversations and business presentations
● Target-driven mindset with strong persuasion and negotiation skills
● Basic understanding of CRM tools, lead management systems, and Microsoft Office
● Ability to work independently and contribute effectively in a fast-paced growth environment
