Location: Unit No-312 , 3rd, Neo corporate plaza, Ramchandra Ln, Navy Colony, Kanchpada, Malad West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400064
Experience: 0-6 Months | Freshers Welcome
Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹20,000 per month + Incentives (based on interview and prior experience).
Working Hours: Mon-Sat, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

About the Role

We're looking for an energetic and target-driven Franchise Development Executive who can help us expand our B2B franchise network.
You will be responsible for identifying potential business partners, generating leads, presenting our franchise opportunity, building relationships, and converting prospects into franchise partners.

Key Responsibilities

Franchise Development

• Identify and connect with potential franchise and B2B partners

• Generate and qualify leads through calls, networking, and outreach

• Present our franchise opportunity clearly and confidently

• Follow up consistently and convert qualified leads into franchise partners

• Work toward monthly targets and support business expansion

• Maintain lead, partner, and operational data and keep it easily accessible for the team

• Verify information, spot data discrepancies, and resolve them promptly

• Organize and manage digital and physical records for quick access

• Prepare and present reports to internal teams to support decision-making

• Handle all sensitive data with strict confidentiality

Who We're Looking For

• 12th Pass or above

• 0-6 months of experience

• Freshers with confidence, a go-getter attitude & sales mindset are welcome!

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills

• Hindi + Basic English required

• Interest in B2B Sales / Business Development / Franchise Sales

• Ability to work with targets and follow-ups

• Immediate joiners preferred
