Oversee complete Food & Beverage operations including restaurant, bar, banquets, and room service
Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction, service quality, and hospitality experience
Plan and manage daily operations of all F&B outlets within the resort
Develop menus in coordination with chefs, keeping local preferences and trends in mind
Control food and beverage costs, budgeting, and inventory management
Monitor stock levels, purchase supplies, and maintain vendor relationships
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and food quality standards (FSSAI norms)
Recruit, train, and supervise F&B staff including stewards, captains, and supervisors
Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution
Organize events, banquets, weddings, and corporate functions smoothly
Maintain coordination with kitchen, housekeeping, and front office departments
Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to increase revenue
Ensure proper billing, POS operations, and cash handling procedures
Maintain ambiance, cleanliness, and presentation standards of all F&B areas
Stay updated with hospitality trends and introduce innovative service ideas
