Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented and customer-focused Financial Services Executive to join our sales team.

The primary responsibility of this role will be to generate business and acquire clients for Mutual Funds, Stock Market/Demat & Trading Accounts, Insurance, IPOs and other financial products.

Leads will be provided by the company. The candidate will be responsible for contacting leads, understanding client requirements, explaining suitable products, conducting regular follow-ups and converting prospects into clients.

Candidates with prior experience in financial services sales will be preferred. However, candidates with the right attitude, communication skills and sales aptitude can also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact and follow up with company-provided leads through telecalling and other communication channels.

- Generate sales of Mutual Funds, Stock Market/Demat & Trading Accounts, Insurance and IPOs.

- Understand clients' financial requirements and explain suitable financial products.

- Convert provided leads into new clients and generate business.

- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.

- Cross-sell and upsell financial products to existing clients.

- Arrange and conduct client meetings whenever required.

- Assist clients with account opening, documentation and transaction-related processes.

- Coordinate with internal teams, AMCs, insurance companies and other service providers.

- Maintain accurate client and sales records using CRM, MS Excel and other computer applications.

- Provide timely after-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships.

- Follow applicable regulatory guidelines and company policies while conducting sales activities.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong sales and convincing ability.

- Excellent follow-up skills.

- Target-oriented and proactive approach.

- Good computer skills are mandatory.

- Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Email and basic computer applications.

- Ability to maintain customer and sales records digitally.

- Basic understanding or interest in Mutual Funds, Stock Market and Insurance.

- Willingness to learn financial products and develop industry knowledge.

- NISM certification will be an added advantage.

Eligibility

- Graduate in Commerce or Science – Mandatory.

- Prior experience in sales, banking, mutual funds, stock broking, insurance or financial services will be preferred.

- Experience is preferred but not mandatory.

- Candidates must have a strong interest in sales and financial products.

- Good communication and computer skills are required.
