Tradosphere Wealth Management is looking for motivated Financial Sales Associates to join our growing team.

This is a remote/work-from-home, commission-based opportunity suitable for college students, freshers, and experienced sales/BFSI professionals.

What you'll do

• Follow up with initial leads provided by Tradosphere.

• Generate additional leads through referrals, networking, digital channels, and other legitimate sources.

• Contact and communicate with prospective clients.

• Understand client requirements and introduce relevant Tradosphere products and services.

• Follow up with prospects and maintain client relationships.

• Coordinate with the Tradosphere team for documentation and application processes.

• Maintain lead and follow-up information through the company's workflow/CRM.

• Follow approved company sales and compliance procedures.

Depending on client suitability and eligibility, business development may include:

• Demat and broking services

• Equity and trading-related services

• IPO-related services

• Investment products

• Insurance

• Loans and related financial services

Compensation

Commission-only, performance-based. There is no fixed monthly salary for this position.

Earnings are based on eligible business generated and the applicable commission structure.

Field meetings are optional and may be undertaken by associates who prefer face-to-face client interaction. Field work is not mandatory.

Candidates must follow applicable company processes and must not make guaranteed-return or misleading claims to clients.
