➢ Achieving objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing past and present data to ensure productivity.
➢ Responsible for coaching and motivating representatives and newly hired representatives to making them understand the product improve their performance to achieve sales goals.
➢ Conduct team meetings and sharing best practices with team for increase sale productivity.
➢ Selling Finance options (Loan) to walk in customers at Dealer location and Converting Cash /Card paying customers to Finance (Loan).
➢ Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
➢ Conduct promotional activities with retailers / dealers
➢ Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office or entering into a computer system
➢ Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.
