Role Overview
Organization Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and technically sound Field Techno Sales Executive who can combine technical understanding with sales skills. The role involves promoting robotics, AI, and electronics training solutions, engaging with schools, colleges, institutes, and corporate clients, and driving business growth through field sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Promote and sell organization products, training programs, and solutions related to Robotics, AI, and Electronics.
• Visit schools, colleges, training institutes, and corporate clients for product demonstrations and sales meetings.
• Explain technical concepts and offerings clearly to non-technical and technical stakeholders.
• Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and close sales targets.
• Conduct on-site demos, workshops, and presentations when required.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis.
• Coordinate with technical and training teams for smooth execution of projects.
• Willingness to travel within the city and nearby outstation areas.
Eligibility Criteria
• Graduate / B.Tech / Diploma in Electronics, Robotics, AI, Mechatronics, or related fields preferred.
• Strong interest in technical sales and field marketing.
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand and explain technical products and services.
• Own two-wheeler/vehicle with valid driving license preferred for regular field travel and onsite sales activities.
Preferred Skills
• Prior experience in field sales, EdTech sales, or technical sales is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Robotics kits, Arduino, electronics, or STEM education products.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused attitude.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a presentable and professional personality
