📍 Job Location

• Maharashtra (Pune, Nashik, Nagpur, Aurangabad, Jalgaon, Kolhapur)

• MP/Chhattisgarh (Bhopal, Indore, Jabalpur, Gwalior, Raipur, Durg-Bhilai)

• Bangalore / Mysore

• North Region (Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Lucknow)

• Chennai

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and shadow analysis

• Prepare Bill of Materials (BoM) and installation presentations

• Supervise on-site solar installations

• Perform quality audits and ensure installation standards

• Handle meter installation & inverter commissioning

• Manage government approvals and documentation processes

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Education:

• 10th/12th (PCM/PCMB preferred) with good academic performance

• ITI (Electrician/Turner/Fitter/Welder) OR

• Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Instrumentation / Electronics

• Suryamitra certification (preferred)

Experience:

• Fresher (Suryamitra preferred) OR

• 1+ year in solar installation / project execution

🧠 Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills:

• Basic solar and electrical knowledge

• Site survey understanding

• MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint basics

• Knowledge of inverter commissioning (preferred)

Behavioral Skills:

• Good communication (English, Hindi + local language)

• Problem-solving attitude

• Presentable personality

• Negotiation skills

🚗 Travel Requirements

• Daily travel within city

• Occasional intercity travel

• Own bike is mandatory
