Service Responsibilities
Installation and commissioning of textile/apparel machinery at customer sites.
Troubleshooting and resolving electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic issues.
Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Provide machine demonstration and operator training to customers.
Prepare service reports after every customer visit.
Coordinate with the technical team for spare parts and technical support.
Ensure timely response to customer complaints and service calls.
Sales Responsibilities
Visit customers regularly to generate sales leads and business opportunities.
Promote company products, spare parts, and AMC services.
Support sales team during machine trials and presentations.
Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.
Collect market feedback and competitor information.
Follow up on quotations and customer inquiries.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
Basic understanding of textile/apparel machinery.
Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work independently in field operations.
Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Reports).
Eligibility Criteria
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
1–5 years of experience in field service or technical sales.
Freshers with good technical knowledge may also apply.
Must possess a valid 2-wheeler driving license.
Willingness to travel extensively.
