A Medicine Pharmacy is looking for energetic, confident, and responsible candidates to join its field operations team as Field Operations Officers. The selected candidates will be responsible for coordinating with local pharmacies, arranging medical camp locations, recruiting temporary local student teams, and supporting patient-registration activities.

This is a full-time, field-based opportunity suitable for candidates who enjoy travelling, communicating with people, building local contacts, and managing field activities.

🔹 KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

🏪 1. Pharmacy On-Boarding & Coordination

The Field Operations Officer will visit different medical shops, pharmacies, and medicine retailers within the assigned territory.

The candidate will communicate with pharmacy owners/managers, explain the purpose and requirements of medical checkup camps, and obtain official permission to conduct camps at suitable pharmacy locations.

👥 2. Local Student Recruitment

Once a suitable camp location has been finalized, the Field Operations Officer will identify and recruit 4 local student employees from the same area on a temporary basis.

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with these temporary team members and explaining their assigned responsibilities.

📋 3. Team Supervision & Patient Outreach

The Field Operations Officer will guide and supervise the temporary student team during the outreach process.

The team will work within the local area to encourage and coordinate patient registrations for the scheduled medical camp.

The Field Operations Officer will ensure that the temporary team understands its responsibilities and that field activities are properly coordinated.

📊 4. Daily Reporting & Documentation

The candidate will maintain accurate daily records related to field activities, including:

• Number of medical shops/pharmacies visited

• Pharmacy owners contacted

• Camp permissions obtained

• Camp locations finalized

• Temporary student staff recruited

• Local outreach activities completed

• Patient-registration coordination

• Other relevant field updates

Regular reporting to the concerned management/team will be required.

We are looking for candidates who are confident, active, responsible, and comfortable working in the field.

🎯 EXPERIENCE PREFERRED

Candidates with previous experience in the following areas may be preferred:

• Customer Acquisition

• Team Coordination

Freshers are also welcome if they have strong communication skills, confidence, a positive attitude, and are comfortable with extensive field work and travelling.
