Drive primary and secondary sales.
Manage distributors and ensure healthy stock levels.
Increase numeric and weighted distribution.
Appoint new retailers and distributors where required.
Conduct regular market visits as per the Permanent Journey Plan (PJP).
Ensure product availability, visibility, merchandising, and shelf display.
Execute trade schemes, promotions, and in-store branding activities.
Build strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and new product launches.
Collect market feedback and submit daily sales reports.
Ensure timely collections and control outstanding payments.
Resolve distributor and retailer issues promptly.
