Job Title: Field Sales Officer – Gym Equipment
Location: Delhi NCR

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Officer to promote and sell gym equipment. The role involves visiting new areas, identifying potential clients, and exploring opportunities for new gym setups. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and driving sales growth in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit new and untapped areas to identify potential customers and business opportunities
Conduct market research and area scanning for upcoming or planned gym setups
Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking
Meet gym owners, fitness trainers, builders, and commercial property developers
Present and demonstrate gym equipment products to prospective clients
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Provide customized solutions based on client requirements and budget
Maintain records of visits, leads, and sales activities
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer needs

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
1–3 years of experience in field sales (fitness equipment or related industry is a plus)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of local market and areas
