Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit dealers, distributors, and farmers regularly in the assigned territory.

• Generate sales and achieve monthly/quarterly business targets.

• Promote company products including insecticides, fungicides, herbicides, and fertilizers.

• Conduct field demonstrations and farmer meetings for product awareness.

• Appoint new dealers and expand the dealer network in the assigned area.

• Collect market orders and coordinate with office/dispatch team for timely supply.

• Ensure payment collection and follow-up of outstanding dues from dealers.

• Maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and farmers.

• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

• Support branding and promotional activities in the market.

• Submit daily visit reports, sales reports, and market feedback to reporting manager.

• Resolve dealer and customer queries effectively and professionally.

• Increase product demand and market penetration in assigned territory.

• Participate in agriculture exhibitions, campaigns, and promotional events.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Knowledge of agriculture products and crop protection market

• Ability to travel extensively in assigned territory

• Dealer handling and relationship management skills

• Basic reporting and sales coordination knowledge

Qualification:

• Graduate / B.Sc. Agriculture preferred

• Experience in Agrochemical / Agriculture Industry preferred

Reporting To:

• Area Sales Manager / Sales Manager / Territory Manager
