Job Opening: Solar Sales Manager
Truveta Solar Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic Solar Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue for residential and commercial projects. In this role, you will develop strategic sales plans, manage client relationships, and analyze market trends to achieve our growth targets.
Key Requirements:
· Experience: Minimum 1 year in Solar Sales.
· Education: Technical background required (B.Tech, BE, ITI, or Diploma in Solar preferred).
· Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
· Knowledge: Deep understanding of solar technology, products, market trends, and relevant policies.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets.
· Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
· Identify and cultivate relationships with key clients.
· Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
· Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams.
· Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
Job Details:
· Locations: Delhi, Karnal, Pune.
· Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 (Negotiable for suitable candidates) plus incentives.
· Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred.
