Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our E-Rickshaw B2C Sales team at Thave Enterprises. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential customers, promoting our E-Rickshaw products, and converting inquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers interested in purchasing E-Rickshaws.

• Generate leads through field visits, local market activities, referrals, and direct customer interactions.

• Explain E-Rickshaw features, pricing, finance/EMI options, warranty, and other product benefits.

• Conduct product demonstrations and assist customers throughout the purchase process.

• Follow up with leads regularly and convert prospects into confirmed sales.

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

• Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales support.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.

• Coordinate with the finance, operations, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

• Identify new market opportunities and provide regular feedback to management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 12th Pass qualification.

• 6 months – 2 years of experience in field sales, automobile sales, EV sales, FMCG, or B2C sales preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong convincing, negotiation, and deal-closing abilities.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

• Ability to travel locally for customer meetings and field visits.

• Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and MS Office/Google Sheets.

• Experience in automobile or E-Rickshaw sales will be an added advantage.
