We are looking for an energetic and technically skilled Field Sales Manager for promoting and selling healthcare equipment including ventilators and warmers. The candidate will be responsible for product demonstrations, installations, customer support, and business development in assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell ventilators, warmers, and other critical care medical equipment to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for doctors, biomedical engineers, and hospital staff.
Handle installation, commissioning, and basic troubleshooting of equipment at customer sites.
Provide product training and operational guidance to end users.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital authorities, dealers, and distributors.
Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
Coordinate with service and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain regular follow-up with customers for inquiries, support, and repeat business.
Prepare sales reports, market feedback, and competitor updates.
