We are looking for a Area Manager to join our team at Atomas Power Private Limited. This role involves handling executive team of retail onboarding and achieve target and driving business growth, building relationships with vendors, and achieving sales/onboarding targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹7000 - ₹59000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage in new business opportunities through various channels.
Present, promote, onboarding and services to potential vendors effectively.
Conduct market research to understand vendor needs and industry trends.
Prepare engaging presentations to highlight onboarding benefits.
Maintain a record of onboarding activities and ensure timely follow-ups.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 2 - 6+ years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Lead Generation, Convincing Skills, ecommerce marketing is an added advantage.
