Salary Range:- ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + incentives
(Salary depends on experience, skills, and interview performance)
Candidate requirements:-
Experience:-1–5 years in Field Sales / Business Development,Experience in building material, construction material, or infrastructure sales preferred
Job Type:- Full-Time (On-site)
Working Days:- Monday to Saturday
Working Hours:- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Candidate Qualifaction:- Graduate in any strem or MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management (preferred)
Work Location:-All Punjab,All Uttarakhand,All Haryana,All North East India,(Assam, Meghalaya, Tripura, Manipur, Mizoram, Nagaland, and Arunachal Pradesh)
(Candidates must be willing to relocate and travel extensively within the region.)

• Local candidates are not allowed for the North East region.
• Free accommodation will be provided at the North East location.

Position Overview
The Sales Executive / BDE will be responsible for developing new markets, managing dealer networks, generating sales, and strengthening the company’s presence in assigned territories. This is a target-driven field role requiring strong market execution and relationship management skills.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Generate new business opportunities through field sales activities
• Identify, appoint, and manage dealers, distributors, and channel partners
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct regular market visits and product promotion activities
• Maintain strong relationships with dealers, contractors, and key customers
• Collect market intelligence including competitor pricing and activities
• Coordinate with the Head Office for orders, dispatches, and payments
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
• Ensure proper brand visibility in the assigned territory
