Job Opportunity : Field Sales Executive

We connects local businesses with customers through digital advertising on LED ad boards placed on homeowners' and shopkeepers' properties. Property owners earn daily income, and advertisers get targeted exposure.

Role Overview:

Looking for self-driven Field Sales Executives to identify, engage, and register property owners to join our advertising network.

Locations : Delhi NCR

Openings : 20 positions

Base Salary : ₹20,000 – ₹40,000/month (performance-based)

Incentives : (₹400–₹1,000 per onboarding)

Travel allowance- provided

Key Responsibilities : Cover your local area systematically Meet property owners face-to-face and explain earning ₹500–₹1,500 daily by hosting LED ad boards

Collect contact and property details from interested owners Follow up to finalize registrations

Training & Work Expectation : 6-day fast-track training and immediate fieldwork Daily: 8-10 property visits, secure 4-6 interested leads

Weekly target : Onboard at least 10 successful property owners/shopkeepers

Probation period: 90-day

Monthly target of 40-50 registrations

Who We Need:1-3 years experience in Field Sales, B2C/Direct Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate Excellent communication and persuasion skills Fluent in Hindi, Understand English, and the local language Own a smartphone with basic digital skills, 2 wheeler, Self-motivated, target-driven, professional, and independent worker.
