Job Overview:

BJR Saving India is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive with a finance background. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, and promoting financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential customers for financial products
Conduct field visits and client meetings on a daily basis
Explain company services and close sales deals
Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collect required customer documents and ensure proper verification
Provide regular updates and reports to the management

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Graduate (Finance background preferred)
Experience in sales/finance sector will be an advantage
Good communication and convincing skills
Must own a bike with a valid driving license
Willingness to travel locally for field work

Work Details:

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Salary: As per market standards + incentives
