Job Description – Field Sales Executive (TMT Bars)
Position: Field Sales Executive – TMT Bars
Industry: Construction / Building Materials
Location: Rewari
Key Responsibilities:
• TMT bars aur construction steel products ki field sales aur business development.
• Builders, contractors, civil contractors, developers, fabricators aur dealers se regular meetings.
• New customers/dealers identify karna aur existing clients ke saath relationship maintain karna.
• Construction sites par visit karke requirements generate karna aur orders close karna.
• Product specifications, rates aur company offerings ke baare mein customers ko explain karna.
• Sales targets achieve karna aur daily/weekly sales reports maintain karna.
• Market mein competitor prices aur activities ka regular update lena.
• Payment follow-up aur outstanding collection ke liye coordination karna.
Requirements:
• 2–5 years relevant field sales experience, preferably TMT bars, steel, cement, construction materials ya building-material industry mein.
• Construction market aur local dealer/contractor network ki knowledge preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation aur convincing skills.
• Field visits ke liye comfortable hona.
• Target-oriented aur self-motivated candidate.
• Bike/Two-wheeler + valid driving licence preferred.
