Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through field visits, references, cold calling, and local market activities.
Visit residential, commercial, and industrial customers to understand their electricity requirements.
Explain the benefits, ROI, government subsidies, and net-metering process for solar installations.
Conduct initial site assessments and coordinate with the technical team for detailed surveys.
Prepare quotations and proposals and negotiate commercial terms with customers.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into confirmed orders.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer meetings, and sales activities in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with installation and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Build long-term customer relationships and generate referrals.
Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred).
1–3 years of experience in Field Sales, preferably in Solar, Electrical, Construction, Real Estate, Telecom, or Consumer Durables.
Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong customer handling and convincing ability.
Knowledge of rooftop solar systems and government subsidy schemes (preferred).
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
