Job Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, and driving business growth through effective field sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through field visits and market research

• Meet prospective clients and understand their requirements

• Conduct product/service demonstrations

• Convince and convert leads into customers

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Achieve assigned sales targets

• Provide regular updates and reports to the management

Required Skills

• Strong lead generation skills

• Excellent product demonstration abilities

• Good convincing and negotiation skills

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset

• Ability to work independently in the field

Experience Requirement

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in field sales (preferred)

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline

Salary

• Salary will be based on interview performance and experience
