Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and technically proficient Sales Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in industrial sales, technical sales, or industrial equipment sales, preferably within the coding and marking, printing machinery, or industrial automation industry.

The candidate should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, along with the ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in the industrial sector.

• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase product features and benefits.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.

• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives and sales targets.

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers.

• Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot product-related issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Prepare sales reports, maintain client records, and track business development activities.

• Follow up with prospective customers to convert leads into successful sales.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunication.

• 3–5 years of experience in industrial sales or technical sales.

• Experience in coding and marking, printing machinery, or industrial automation is preferred.

• Knowledge of industrial equipment sales and marketing.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to understand technical product specifications and explain them to customers.

• Strong customer relationship management and business development skills.

• Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
