Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Engineer to promote and sell technical products and services. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, meeting customers, understanding technical requirements, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through field visits and customer meetings.
Promote and sell technical products and solutions to customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical presentations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
Coordinate with internal teams (technical, service, and operations).
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Maintain daily visit reports and sales reports.
Required Skills
Strong technical and sales knowledge
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to explain technical products to customers
Problem-solving and customer-handling ability
Qualification
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering
Experience
1–5 years of experience in technical sales or field sales
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, valves, or industrial products
Experience in B2B industrial sales.
