Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive, organized, and committed Sales Coordinator to act as the connecting link between the sales, field, and technical teams. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating leads, client communication, site scheduling, preparing quotations, managing CRM data, and ensuring smooth workflow between departments. The role involves both office-based responsibilities and field coordination for pre-sales, work execution & client handling till the end of the project sale.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support & Coordination
• Include daily coordination with installation team/site engineers for post-sales service alignment.
• Act as a point on internal follow-ups for delivery timelines.
• Escalate delays or urgent requirements to management with suggested actions
2. Lead Handling & CRM Management
• Receive and manage incoming leads from calls, website, referrals, or field executives.
• Assign and follow up with field sales or technical team as per requirement.
• Update lead progress, remarks, and activity status in CRM or follow-up sheets daily
3. Client Communication
• Call prospective customers to gather requirement details and answer basic queries.
• Discuss & understand client’s pain points, and offer suitable solution and explain AEPL’s offerings.
• Share standard product literature, company profile, and service offerings.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for site visits or meetings, and follow up on feedback.
• Meet clients in person, coordinate, follow-ups and share feedback after site-visits & quote submissions.
4. Quotation & Documentation Support
• Prepare and format standard quotations, emails, and proposals in MS Word/ Excel/ CRM.
• Maintain quotation records, revision logs, and dispatch documentation.
• Support the office team for subsidy compliance forms and related documents.
• Support preparation of tender documents and any other similar tasks.
5. Team Coordination
• Liaison between sales/design/technical/admin teams to ensure seamless client experience.
• Update reporting manager on progress, bottlenecks, or urgent requirements.
6. Database & Reporting
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, sales status, and closures.
• Update customer database, follow-up sheets, and CRM reports.
• Generate weekly/monthly reports on leads, conversions, and pending client queries.

Key Skills & Competencies:
• Must-Have:
o Proficient in computers, especially MS Excel, Word, and email drafting.
o Typing speed of at least 30 wpm with good accuracy.
o Strong communication skills in Hindi and basic to moderate English (written & spoken)
o Basic understanding of coordination workflows and client handling.
o Good telephone etiquette and professional behavior
o Punctual, responsible, and capable of working under timelines.
o Time management and task ownership
• Preferred:
o Prior experience in the solar/renewable energy/electrical product sector.
o Familiarity with CRM systems, ERP platforms, or Google Sheets.
o Ability to understand basic technical drawings/specs

Qualifications & Experience:
• Education: Graduate (any discipline), preference for B. Com / B.A. / BBA
• Experience: 3–5 years in sales support, back-office, or telesales roles
• Male candidates preferred for field-based client-visit profile
