Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager - Real Estate to drive sales initiatives for us residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have a solid
background in real estate sales, client engagement, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end sales process for assigned projects.
Generate leads through broker networks, channel partners, and direct marketing.
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations with potential buyers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and HNI prospects.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales strategies.
Track market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely closure of sales and handovers.
Provide timely reports on pipeline, conversions, and client feedback.
Requirements
3–9 years of proven experience in real estate sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in handling HNI clients and brokers preferred.
Graduation is mandatory; MBA/PG in Marketing is an added advantage.
