About the Role
We are looking for motivated and self-driven individuals to promote and sell livestock feed products and support climate-focused initiatives such as plantation drives, climate awareness programs, and community mobilization. This role is purely commission-based, ideal for candidates who want high earning potential based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell livestock feed products to farmers, dairy owners, and local vendors.
Generate new leads and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Conduct field visits to explain product benefits and usage.
Support climate-related activities such as climate awareness, plantation programs, and community engagement.
Achieve monthly sales targets to earn commission-based income.
Maintain sales records and submit daily/weekly reports to the manager.
Educate customers about sustainable practices and environmental benefits.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
Experience in sales, feed products, agriculture, dairy, or rural marketing is an advantage.
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Must be comfortable with fieldwork and daily travel.
Should be honest, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
Earning Structure
Commission-based only — earnings depend on the number of sales achieved.
