About the Role

We are looking for motivated and self-driven individuals to promote and sell livestock feed products and support climate-focused initiatives such as plantation drives, climate awareness programs, and community mobilization. This role is purely commission-based, ideal for candidates who want high earning potential based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell livestock feed products to farmers, dairy owners, and local vendors.

• Generate new leads and maintain strong relationships with customers.

• Conduct field visits to explain product benefits and usage.

• Support climate-related activities such as climate awareness, plantation programs, and community engagement.

• Achieve monthly sales targets to earn commission-based income.

• Maintain sales records and submit daily/weekly reports to the manager.

• Educate customers about sustainable practices and environmental benefits.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass (Graduate preferred).

• Experience in sales, feed products, agriculture, dairy, or rural marketing is an advantage.

• Strong communication and convincing skills.

• Must be comfortable with fieldwork and daily travel.

• Should be honest, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
