Site Scanner / Business Development Executive (BDE) – Presales

Job Summary:

We are looking for an active and self-motivated Site Scanner / Field Executive to join our Presales team. In this role, you will do ground-level market research by visiting local construction sites and ongoing projects.

Your main job is to verify new constructions and collect basic project details. No hard selling or desk work is involved.

Key Responsibilities:

Field Visits: Visit ongoing construction sites, upcoming projects, and new building developments in your assigned area.

Data Verification: Physically check and verify if a new project or construction activity has started at the location.

In Gather basic details from the site, including: Name and contact details of the contractor or builder.

Project type (residential, commercial, etc.) and formation Collection: current stage of construction. Any other basic site-related updates.

What We Are Looking for (Requirements):

· Education: 12th Pass (High School) or Any Graduate.

· Experience: Freshers are 100% welcome! No prior experience is needed.

· Vehicle: Must own a two-wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with a valid driving license.

· Tools: Must have a Android smartphone to share site locations and pictures.

· Skill: Ability to travel locally every day and talk to people confidently to gather information.
